When to use it

The template uses SCP Foundation imagery, containment text and credential fields. For another setting, review the date, location, body, headings, symbols and images before giving the report to your players.

An original clue to adapt

Case SB-08. No engine was present at 18:00. A sound test is scheduled for 23:40. Inspector Ernesto Paiva retained the only key to the platform gate.

Make it your own

  1. Replace case identifiers and institutional names.
  2. Separate observed facts from the investigator's hypothesis.
  3. Check that the contact and follow-up time remain visible after export.
