When to use it

Email suits scheduled meetings, administrative mistakes and messages forwarded to the wrong person. Use fictional addresses and make the useful clue part of the message, not an unreadably small header.

An original clue to adapt

Subject: SB-08 inspection. Ernesto, the station has been closed for eight years. Who authorized the Thursday 18:00 visit? Please bring the platform key to Clock Square.

Make it your own

  1. Replace sender and recipient with fictional campaign identities.
  2. Write a short subject and put the request in the first paragraph.
  3. Check timestamps against the other props and inspect the export at phone size.
