By accessing and using Mini Kraken, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal and non-commercial tabletop RPG activities and related material creation.

Original content, tools, code, and design are owned by Mini Kraken. User-created handouts and characters belong to their creators, while Mini Kraken keeps hosting rights for platform delivery.

Using the platform to distribute illegal, offensive, or infringing content is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
